There is this little gluten free bakery in Spokane that makes awesome sandwiches! I took the kids there and we tried there Reuben sandwich, it was deliciouso!! So we bought some of there gluten free buns and made our own version of it at home!!! Let me just say this will now be a regular on our dinner list!!!
We spread thousand island dressing on the bread, laid down some pastrami, then some sauteed onions and sauerkraut!!!
