We had a very simple but fun birthday for Corey! It was just him, me and the kids, while the kids were at school I baked a gluten free cake with the new cake pan that Melissa had given me and then when the kids got home they helped me decorate it and then they each picked daddy out a present at the dollar store, it was very cute! We topped it off with root beer floats! Happy birthday honey, we love you!
Nice! Aren't those giant cupcake pans fun? I have been going GF but have yet to try to bake- did you use a mix or a recipe? It turned out great!
ReplyDeleteI used the betty crocker gluten free mix, I like the yellow cake the best! I have tons of recipes for eating gluten free, and there are soooo many great blogs out there with tons of recipes to! I will email you some of my favorites!!! I have two great pancake recipes also!!!
